My mother in law wouldn’t share her heritage baking recipes. It’s uphill trying to match her and truthfully probably never will. However This Cornmeal has made me famous (in my kitchen). I also use Hecker’s flour to make my cornmeal mix and it’s comparably the best ever all purpose ever.
Excellent for softer recipes like muffins. The texture is so light, and the flavor is lovely.
This fine cornmeal is perfect for a smoother texture. I use it for polenta, and its always great.
