Our Brown Baking Cups are made of grease-resistant 50 gsm (31 lb) paper. They are available in a variety of different sizes. Muffin pan required for baking. Suggested uses: muffins|cupcakes|pound cake|brownie|candy.

Recipe Tip: There are a few things to keep in mind when baking with brown baking cups. First, make sure to follow the recipe exactly as written, since altering the quantities or ingredients may affect how the baked good turns out. Second, do not fill the cups more than three-quarters full, as this can cause them to overflow and make a mess in the oven. Finally, be sure to bake them for the correct amount of time and at the correct temperature; if they are overbaked or baked at too high a temperature, they will become dry and crusty.
