Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas, mashed.

1 egg

1 tsp. vanilla extract

⅓ cup oil

½ cup honey

1 ⅓ cups whole-wheat flour

1 tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. cloves
-
¼ to ½ cup sunflower seeds

¼ to ½ cup sesame seeds,
Whole walnuts or
slivered almonds (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a large mixer bowl, beat bananas, egg. vanilla, oil and honey, for 1 minute on low speed.
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and cloves and blend into banana mixture. Stir in peanut butter and seeds.
Pour mixture into the greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour until done. Cool completely before cutting.
Decorate top with walnuts or slivered almonds, if desired.
